Bespoke Business Mats – Ordering a bespoke personalised logo mat is a very simple and safe process, there are few steps that our team will lead you through to ensure we capture your image, brand or message accurately so that your finished logo mat meets your expectations. The process is simple, quick and efficient.
1st Gear – Proofing
Our team will request an image from you, a simple digital file, we are very flexible and will work with all file formats. Many logo mats require just a simple jpeg, some of the advertising mats will need a little better file format such as a high resolution PDF, .ai or high resolution tiff, however in all cases we will advise you on what will give the best result.
Using this image we will prepare a proof for sign off before we commence manufacture, the proof will show the image positioning on the logo mat, in the correct orientation, landscape, portrait etc. It will show you the selected colours and will also confirm the chosen size. If all is correct and you are 100% happy to sign off we can then move to manufacturing.
Please remember we will never put a mat into production until you are 100% happy with the artwork so if amendments are required just let us know and we will make these until you are comfortable.

2nd Gear- Manufacture
Once you have signed off your artwork proof we can begin manufacturing your logo mat or mats, the art work proof that is specific to your order is used to control manufacturing and also to check your logo mats in quality control prior to dispatching. Manufacturing times are confirmed when you place your order and the clock starts ticking once you’ve signed off your artwork, so the exact dispatch date will be calculated from when the artwork stage is complete. The majority of the logo mats available from us will be manufactured within 10 working days, but any exceptions to this will be discussed with you before you place your order with us.
3rd Gear – Dispatch
Once your logo mats have passed quality control they are wrapped and dispatched by one of the national couriers we use, we use different couriers depending on the specifics of your order, quantities, sizes, weights have a bearing on exactly which courier we use. However all are national well established brands that offer dependable service including tracking, proof of delivery etc so you can be sure we have your products under control from start to finish.
