Lifetime replacement promise
For as long as you own the vehicle the mat set was purchased for, we will replace or repair any mat that becomes damaged beyond reasonable use, subject to the conditions below.
How to make a claim
To start a claim, please contact us at sales@reefined.co with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.
Repair or replacement
Where possible, we may choose to repair the mat rather than replace it. If a repair is appropriate, we may arrange collection of the mat at no cost to you.
Wear over time
Car mats are designed to wear with use. Our mats are built to last, but if they reach an unacceptable condition during your ownership of the vehicle, we will assess whether repair or replacement is appropriate under this guarantee.
Vehicle ownership
This guarantee applies only while you own the vehicle the mats were originally purchased for. It does not transfer to a new vehicle or a different owner.
Fair use
Claims may be rejected where there is evidence of misuse, deliberate damage, forced holes, torn bindings, or other non-standard wear.
Refunds
This guarantee provides repair or replacement only. It does not include refunds or partial refunds.
