The new Lamborghini Aventador SVJ is the new King of the ring set by Marco Mapelli.
The stats say the SVJ makes 20bhp and 22lb ft more than the old SV, with 760bhp at 8,500rpm (200rpm short of the limiter) and 531lb ft of torque at 6,750rpm. While that peak torque figure is over 1,000rpm higher than before, Lamborghini’s own graph suggests a healthy extra surge at both 4,500- and 6,500rpm over the old machine.
In true SV style and in keeping in line with its track focused build, it is low weight and comes with no mats, which many current SV owners have complained about them being difficult to clean, slippery when wet and the grip tape damaging their footwear. Luckily reefined have a solution for and have created an extension to the current SV mats on our thickest pile which can be placed over your current aluminium or carbon floor.
Our new SVJ design is commemorating the lap time of 06.44.97s which has put Lamborghini at the top of the Nurburgring lap record for a road production car.
With 900 models which is 300 models over the current SV in coupe form, the speculation is running high over which model will hold is value and if indeed some purists have argued the SV with only 600 models and less tech is the purer car..only time will tell. There is also the special edition "63" model which will have special livery and more exposed carbon on the car.
Which ever model you have, reefined is here for you!
